Anda Street Grafitti in Intramuros

This is just a vacant lot with some grafitti in it. I’m not sure if “tambay” lang gumawa nito or real artists. I don’t think street punks can create amazing art like this. The lady in blue taking pictures is Nenita Ramos of Smiles Photography
